The video above is an aerial view of Bunner Ridge and connecting Reubens Run, just a section of a greater Post Construction Documentation effort. It presents the Post Construction conditions of the newly paved Bunner Ridge Road in Marion County, Fairmont, West Virginia. Including multiple views of travel lanes, shoulders, driveways and intersections. The survey was completed by Pre and Post Construction Utility Videographer, ALL PRO USA on 07-07-25.

Post Construction video surveys are a crucial component of any major construction or utility construction project. It allows project managers to present a before and after visual account of the specified project pathway.

This part of the overall job was completed entirely by drone with both road level and bird’s eye views of the newly paved road and its abutments. All Aerial Drone Videography and Photography completed by ALL PRO USA is captured in stunning 4K resolution. We employ two FAA-certified drone pilots who adhere to all FAA protocols and guidance.

Often times, we will also shoot road level video with the aid of an external camera system, mounted to a Construction-marked vehicle. Our vehicle is well-inscribed with Construction markings and equipped with safety lights and strobes for maximum visibility. We maintain speeds within the posted limits and often slower, even lower than 10 mph when in residential areas, crosswalks or other areas where pedestrians may be present. We have a strong philosophy of safety first.

This allows for additional context and clarity for anyone reviewing the project, such as the project manager. Each off-camera speaker is equipped with their own sound unit for the purposes of the recording. In the video, you will hear them providing important narration regarding finds along the project route.

One of our most important considerations before undertaking a job is the weather. We prefer cloud free skies and low to no precipitation to ensure that our Post or pre construction videography is as clear and accurate as possible. On the day of a Video Project, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant video on the pathway is properly visualized. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
