The above video is a project overview of a Pre-Construction Sanitary Sewer Replacement survey, documented by Construction Utility Videographer All PRO USA in Erie, Pennsylvania on 07-23-25. It features a comprehensive look at roads, curbs, shoulders, parking lots and driveways located within the Municipal Sanitary Sewer Replacement project pathway.

We used three different camera setups for this particular Pre Construction project. First, we utilized a two-person drive and shoot technique wherein a 4K mirrorless camera is attached to an external camera system with an interior monitor and control module. The construction marked vehicle is equipped with safety lights and strobes and is piloted by one crew member while the other tends to the camera and systems.

Next, we gathered dynamic Aerial Drone Videography, giving the project manager a wider view of the project route. We have two FAA-certified drone pilots on staff, who adhere to all FAA guidance and protocols. Not all jobs need or require drone work but having licensed staff on hand makes that task easier when called for.

Lastly, we gathered more detailed road and sidewalk level video with the use of a handheld motor-stabilized camera gimbal.

We take safety very seriously at ALL PRO USA. Our team members are OSHA-10 certified, our Pre Construction vehicle is clearly marked and maintains speeds under the posted limit. Often at 10 mph or less when surveying in pedestrian-heavy locales. ALL PRO USA also produces Training Videos, Safety Videos and New Employee Orientation Videos for many of our clients.

We use top of the line cameras and microphones and we always supplement our Pre Construction videos with in-camera audio narration. This allows for additional context and clarity for anyone reviewing the project, such as the project manager. Each off-camera speaker is equipped with their own microphone for the purposes of the recording. In the video, you will hear them providing important narration regarding finds along the project route.

One of our most important considerations before undertaking a job is the weather. We prefer cloud free skies and low to no precipitation to ensure that our Post or pre construction videography is as clear and accurate as possible. On the day of a Video Project, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant video on the pathway is properly visualized. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
