The video above is a piece of a greater Pre Construction Survey, documented by Pre Construction Videographer ALL PRO USA on 04-08-25. The subject of the documentation is the historic Renshaw Building, located at 901-903 Libert Ave in the heart of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s Cultural District. Allegheny County.

The vast majority of this documentation was completed by drone. ALL PRO USA produces dynamic 4K Aerial Drone Videography for Pre Construction, Construction, Post Construction, road and Municipal Utility Projects. We employ two FAA-licensed drone pilots, who adhere to all FAA protocols. The Aerial Drone Video captured here, gives the viewer (usually a project manager) a layered and highly-detailed scan of the entire façade of the Liberty-facing portion of the building. Including a look at the roof, windows, doors, ledges, decorative features and utilities.

Some additional video was documented from the ground level with the aid of a motorized gimbal, for maximum stabilization. No matter what we’re documenting or the methods we use to complete our survey, we always prioritize the safety of the public, including our own crew. Each member of our team is OSHA-10 certified. ALL PRO USA also produces Training Videos, Safety Videos and New Employee Orientation Videos for many of our clients.

We use top of the line cameras and microphones and we always supplement our Pre Construction videos with in-camera audio narration. This allows for additional context and clarity for anyone reviewing the project, such as the aforementioned project manager. Each off-camera speaker is equipped with their own microphone for the purposes of the recording. In the video, you will hear them providing important narration regarding finds along the project route.

One of our most important considerations before undertaking a job is the weather. We prefer cloud free skies and low to no precipitation to ensure that our Post or pre construction videography is as clear and accurate as possible. On the day of a Video Project, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant video on the pathway is properly visualized. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
