All Pro USA was called to Gordon, PA in Schuylkill County to document the pre construction conditions of Biddle Street for an impending Municipal Utility Project. To guarantee that the entire project pathway was accurately visualized for the project manager, we captured route-centered video in both directions. Then we traced the path at least two more times to give more focused attention to the shoulders, intersections, streets, drainage systems and personal property lines (including driveways) that meet the roadway.

The pre construction video was captured by a two-person crew from a well-marked vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with strobes and maintains a speed of 10 mph or less, both to ensure the clearest possible video footage and the safety of the public, personal and municipal property and the aforementioned documentationcrew. Each member of our team is OSHA-10 certified. We’re so passionate about safety that we regularly assist our clients with the production of in-house Training and Safety Orientation videos.

During the video documentation of the assigned project path, one team member focuses on the safe and controlled operation of the vehicle while the other manages the external camera system. Our cameras are top of the line, enabling us to produce the sharpest video possible. We also equip our documentarians with a high-quality microphone system so that they can provide clear and concise narration of the project route and any concerning details observed over the course of the survey.

We employ two FAA-certified pilots for the purpose of capturing cinematic aerial video and photography when called for. On this particular job, drone work was not necessary but it’s always great to have it as a tool available to us.

In the lead up to a job, we like to keep an eye on the weather to make sure our video survey is as accurate as possible. Minimal cloud coverage and low to no precipitation make that more likely. On the day of, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant footage on the pathway is visualized accurately. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
