The above video was documented by Construction Utility Videographer, All Pro USA on 07-21-25 and provides a comprehensive look at the road surfaces, sidewalks, driveways, landscaping and intersections along an assigned project route in Neville Island, Pennsylvania. Minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

This job was completed by a two-person recording crew. The majority of the video was obtained with the aid of a construction-marked vehicle, equipped with an exterior camera and an internal camera monitoring system. Our Pre Construction documentation vehicle is fully-equipped with safety lights and strobes, for increased visibility. In this particular camera setup, one member of the crew is tasked with the operation of the vehicle while the other monitors the camera and systems for accuracy. Additional videography was completed on foot, with the aid of a motorized motion-controlled gimbal. Our cameras and camera support systems are top of the line, providing greater control and clarity of the final image.

While a drone was not used for this particular survey, ALL PRO USA offers dynamic 4K Pre Construction Aerial Drone Video when required. We employ two FAA-licensed drone pilots.

In the video, you will hear them providing active narration regarding critical details along the project route.

Before any job, we like to keep an eye on the weather to make sure our video survey is as accurate as possible. We prefer cloud free skies and low to no precipitation to ensure that our pre construction videographyis as clear as possible. On the day of, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant footage on the pathway is visualized accurately. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
