Pre Construction Videos for transmission line ROW (right of way) in Huntingdon County and Mifflin County, PA. Videos of road shoulders, driveways, storm drains, fronts of homes and businesses along the ROW, for the Mt Union- Lewistown 46 KV Transmission Line upgrade project. Documented in 4K Video on 08-11-25 by Construction Videographer ALL PRO USA.

This job was completed with the aid of a two-person crew. One crewmember was charged with piloting the construction-marked vehicle (fully equipped with safety lights and strobes), while another was tasked with the operation of an externally-mounted camera, as well as the interior camera monitor and systems. This setup allowed us to capture accurate ground level documentation of the specified survey area and all special details within the project pathway. A large swath of the survey was comprised of personal or residential property so dedicated extra special attention to the observable conditions of driveways, retaining walls and home fronts.

Our pre construction videography is extremely thorough, capturing both the left and right shoulders of the roadway in successive passes, as well as the roadway itself, signs of municipal infrastructure (manhole covers and drainage systems), utility structures, crossways and intersections. We also documented electrical substations, road signage and safety structures such as fencing that were integral to the accurate assessment of the pre construction route.

We always supplement our pre construction video with in-camera audio narration. This allows for additional context and clarity, when reviewing the completed pre construction video project. We use a high-end microphone system as well as top of the line cameras. Each speaker is equipped with their own microphone.

Pre Construction Aerial Drone Video was not needed or required for this particular project. However, we do employee two FAA-licensed drone pilots to provide said service. Sometimes it provides an extra perspective, unincumbered by ground level structures that could potentially impair views.

In the lead up to a job, we like to keep an eye on the weather to make sure our video survey is as accurate as possible. We want clear skies and low to no precipitation to ensure that our pre construction videographystands above the competition. On the day of, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant footage on the pathway is visualized accurately. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
