We have done projects within New York City, with a focus on Manhattan, and other states for the past five years. Other notable jobs that ALL PRO USA has completed in New York City include documentation of the Rubin Museum during modifications above the Barney’s Department Store. As well as post construction photography of the newly renovated AMC Movie Theater, Lincoln Square, Manhattan. Video of the rooftop, stucco walls facing a courtyard and stucco walls facing the street were required by the contractor to document any pre existing conditions with this building prior to the start of the project. This project required only videography and no construction photography or progress photography to be taken. 

This project was on in the borough of  Manhattan in New York City. The concern of the contractor was pre-existing conditions of the Buchanan Building. The focus of the video of the Penthouse & Rooftop was to document conditions of stucco walls, brickwork, concrete, chimneys, utility storage, railings, downspouts, gutters and other general conditions. This project was in a unique location being that it was a rooftop we could not use some of our tools like our truck mounted camera. The tight quarters of a lot of the sections also prevented to drone from being an effective option to document this project.
