Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana Water Line Pre-Construction Video and Photography March 2020   We have done projects in Indiana and other states for the past five years with several contractors. This project required ALL PRO USA to document the streets along the proposed path of the project. The streets that we had to cover were Forbes Road, Ridgeway Avenue, Margaret Street, and McKinley Avenue.
