Townships and Municipalities often require contractors to provide pre-construction video and it was a requirement on this project by the township of Elizabeth PA. AllProUSA was hired by the township to provide an accurate record of the pre-construction conditions. The main focus of this video construction project was to document the pre-construction conditions of the homeowner’s property.

This Construction Video Project was for the installation of a temporary sewer line that would be crossing the center of the city of Harrisburg PA. AllProUSA was hired by the contractor, NorthEast Remsco to provide an accurate record of the pre-construction conditions. Morton Perimeter Trail, Pre-Construction Video and Photography – March 2020

Upper Saint Clair, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Walking Trail Expansion Project Video and Photography March 2020 We have done projects in Pennsylvania and other states for the past five years with several contractors. This project required ALL PRO USA to document the street and residences along the proposed path of the project to expand the pre-existing trail. The street that we had to cover was Morton Road in Upper Saint Clair in Allegheny County.
