The above is a project overview, constituting Pre Construction Videos for the NJCEC Smithburg-Larrabee Transmission Line Project in Mammoth County and Ocean County, New Jersey. 4K Videos of ROW (Right of Way) crossings onto municipal and county roads, documented on August 4^th and 5^th by Construction Utility Videographer ALL PRO USA.

This particular job was completed with the aid of a two-person crew. One crewmember was charged with piloting the construction-marked vehicle (fully equipped with safety lights and strobes), while another was tasked with the operation of an externally-mounted camera, as well as the interior camera monitor and systems. This setup allowed us to capture accurate ground level documentation of the specified survey area and all special details within the project pathway.

Our pre construction videography is intensive and thorough, capturing both the left and right shoulders of the roadway in successive passes, as well as the roadway itself, signs of municipal infrastructure (manhole covers and drainage systems), crossways and intersections and personal and commercial property lines and structures. Plus, it’s supplemented with in-camera audio narration for further clarification. We use a high-end microphone system as well as top of the line cameras to provide the clearest documentation of the project pathway.

As a pre construction video company with years of reputable service, we take safety very seriously. That’s why our construction video is completed with at least a two-person crew, so that each task can be handled singularly and in compliance with our stringent safety protocols. Our pre construction vehicle maintains speeds of 10 mph or less. Additionally, our construction and pre construction videographers are OSHA-10 certified. Pre Construction Aerial Drone Video was not required for this project. However, we do employee two FAA-licensed drone pilots to provide said service.

In the lead up to a job, we like to keep an eye on the weather to make sure our video survey is as accurate as possible. Good lighting and low to no precipitation ensures that our pre construction videography stands with the best of the best. On the day of, we like to contact the project manager to double check that all relevant footage on the pathway is visualized accurately. Once we return to our editing studio, we complete the project by checking the project info for accuracy of date recorded, direction of travel, geographic location and other invaluable data. After completion, the project coordinator receives both a digital and hard copy, via USB drive, of the finished product.
