This Project took All Pro USA to the Village of Villa Park, Illinois. Villa Park is in DuPage county and sits 18 Miles West of the loop. It is surrounded by Addison, Elmhurst and Lombard. The contractor was interested in seeing the pre existing conditions of road surfaces, sidewalks, man hole covers, curbs, culverts and whatever else the team saw while they were on location. This project required the our pre construction video services. This particular project did not require our Pre Construction Photography Services.

This project was mainly roads and sidewalks that needed the documentation. Using a truck mounted camera the team on the ground captured the road surfaces of the areas that the contractor needed captured. Once these areas were documented the team took to the ground with gimbal mounted cameras to document the sidewalks of the roads that were needed. The gimbals offer an extremely steady shot while the operator is walking with the camera. The team keeps safety as a number one priority while on the job site. Each member wears the appropriate hi visibility vest and hat. In some cases a hard hat is required for active sites and they are carried in the truck should they be needed. Although it was not used on this project. All Pro also specializes in drone video and photography. Two of the members of the team have the appropriate FAA license and have passed the Part 107 exam to fly SUAS commercially.

Once the documentation is completed the team returns to the studio and notifies the contractor that they are done. This begins the editing process for the project. The media from the job site is captured and then backed up on multiple hard drives for safe keeping. The video is then edited to remove any parts that the contractor does not need. This includes repositioning and setting up for the next shot. Text is overlaid as titles on the video to convey important information about the clip. This includes location and name of street that is being documented as well as the start and the stop point for the video. Once they are exported the clips are uploaded to a site called Vimeo in the form of a showcase. This allows the contractor to easily view and share the documentation with whoever needs to see it. The contractor then also receives two USB drives for their own records.
