All pro USA was contacted by a contractor to survey a jobsite in a local area called Millvale, Pennsylvania. The contractor was looking for our pre construction video services. The contractor provided plans of the jobsite and let us know when they needed it documented by. The contractor was interested in the pre exisiting conditions of the curbs, sidewalks, driveways, road surfaces, culverts, manhole covers, storm drains, and anything else that the team thought to be notable while they were on the site. This particular project did not require our pre construction photography services.

Once on the project site, All Pro USA will evaluate the layout and decide what methods will best capture what the contractor is looking for. This project only required our construction videography services. For this job we utilized handheld cameras on stabilizers and a truck mounted option to capture the areas the contractor needed. Safety is a priority and all proper PPE is worn by members of the team while on the job site. In addition to these services All Pro USA does offer a drone service for documentation and survey. This particular job did not utilize that service though. We have two members of the team that are FAA Licensed for commercial drone work and have passed the Part 107 exam. All guidelines are followed and clearances or obtained when needed to operate in controlled airspace.
Once the documentation is completed the team notifies the contractor and then returns to the studio to begin the editing process. The first step includes backing up and coping the files to multiple hard drives for safe keeping. All Pro USA retains the files in case the contractor would need something in the future. However there are cases where the contractor has requested that we delete the files do to the sensitive nature of the project. The videos are edited to exclude any preparation or positioning for a shot that the contractor would not need. Then titles with pertinent information are overlaid on the videos to convey the name of the street or what is being documented and the start and stop points for a recording. Once the clips are exported they are uploaded to Vimeo in the form of a Showcase. This allows the contractor to easily share the files with whoever may need to view them. In addition to this the contractor receives two USB drives for their own records.
