All pro USA was contacted by a contractor to produce a Training Video at the Shady Grove Hospital in Rockville Maryland. The contractor was looking for our Construction Videographer Services. The training video would cover the operation and maintenance of a BAC 3000 Series Cooling Tower. The video was to cover all of the aspects of the tower that would pertain to the operation and maintenance of the tower so that the employees at the facility were equipped to run the piece of equipment. This video was produced on site with the help of the Morin Company and they provided a person that was knowledgeable on the how the equipment worked and acted as the instructor for the video.

Once on the project site, All Pro USA will evaluate the layout and decide what methods will best capture what the contractor is looking for. This project only required our construction videography services. This job specifically required our Construction Videographer specialty. The team on the ground used state of the art 4k cameras and high quality mic system to capture the video and the audio to go along with it. Safety is a priority and all proper PPE is worn by members of the team while on the job site. All Pro USA does offer a drone service for documentation and survey. We have two members of the team that are FAA Licensed for commercial drone work and have passed the Part 107 exam. All guidelines are followed and clearances or obtained when needed to operate in controlled airspace. For this Training video All Pro USA did utilize the drone to capture supplemental shots to have angles of the tower that were unobtainable from the ground.
Once the documentation is completed the team notifies the contractor and then returns to the studio to begin the editing process. The first step includes backing up and coping the files to multiple hard drives for safe keeping. All Pro USA retains the files in case the contractor would need something in the future. However there are cases where the contractor has requested that we delete the files do to the sensitive nature of the project. The video is then edited as one continuous training video that covers all topics from start to finish. This allows the employee to watch a single video and have all the information that they need to operate the equipment. Once this version of the training video is completed it is split into chapters and each topic has its own video in case an employee would need to quickly reference a portion of the training. Once the editing is completed the training videos are uploaded to a showcase on Vimeo. This is a video hosting platform so that they can be digitally delivered. In addition to this the contractor then receives the videos on a USB drive for their own safe keeping and personal records
