All pro USA was contacted by a contractor to produce a Safety Training Video in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The contractor was looking for our Construction Videographer Services. The training video would cover all of the required safety topics that would pertain to a worker entering a job site. To gather shots to go with the voiceover on the video All Pro worked with the contractor to visit active jobsites around the city that they company was working on. The safety coordinator for the company worked along side the team in the field to ensure that the shots that were being taken did not violate any of the safety rules that were being covered.

Each site had its own unique layout for this project. As the team traveled from site to site they chose the best possible methods for capturing what they needed to complete the video. This project only required our construction videography services. This job specifically required our Construction Videographer specialty. The team on the ground used state of the art 4k cameras and high quality mic system to capture the video and the audio to go along with it. Safety is a priority and all proper PPE is worn by members of the team while on the job site. This includes proper footwear, vests, hardhats and anything else that pertained to the task being captured. All Pro USA also offers a drone service for documentation and survey. We have two members of the team that are FAA Licensed for commercial drone work and have passed the Part 107 exam. All guidelines are followed and clearances or obtained when needed to operate in controlled airspace. This particular training video utilized the drone heavily to capture unique angles of tasks being completed as well as shots that would have been hard to shoot from the ground with traditional cameras.
Once the documentation is completed the team notifies the contractor and then returns to the studio to begin the editing process. The first thing that the team does is they back up the files from the shoots at the different sites. These are copied to multiple hard drives in the event of something getting corrupted nothing is lost. The video is then edited as one continuous training video that covers all topics from start to finish. This allows the employee to watch a single video and have all the information that they need to operate the equipment. For this video All Pro USA reached out to a voice over studio that we use for this type of video. Once the script is written and the voice over is completed the shots are edited and arranged to fit the voice over for the different sections. The contractor also asked for a version of the video in Spanish so a Spanish translation was done for the script and it was recorded by a voice artist that spoke Spanish. Subtitles are also added to the video as well. Once the editing is completed the training videos are uploaded to a showcase on Vimeo. This is a video hosting platform so that they can be digitally delivered. In addition to this the contractor then receives the videos on a USB drive for their own safe keeping and personal records
